How Do I Place An Order?
Simply click on the item you wish to purchase and then click on add to basket. The item will then appear in your shopping basket and remain there until you are ready to proceed to the checkout.

How Do I Pay For An Order
Payment can be made through the PayPal portal at the checkout. You do not need a PayPal account and can send a one off payment without signing up.
If you would prefer to pay by debit or credit card over the telephone, please call 01985 840083 between 9am & 5pm Monday - Friday and we will be happy to process your payment.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason at all, simply ring us on 01985 840083 or email us at info@peanutblue.co.uk within 14 days of receipt and we will supply you with a returns number.
Simply return the goods to us in their original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure all goods are securely packaged when returning as Peanut Blue can not be held responsible for any damaged casued in transit.
This does not apply when incorrect goods have been ordered. In such instances there will be a restock charge.
Once the goods are recieved back in an acceptable condition a refund of your purchase price will be given within 7 days.
Delivery
All UK mainland orders are delivered using Royal Mail. Please see the list of our delivery charges below…..
Economy delivery service (Royal Mail 2nd Class) -FREE - you should receive your order within 5 working days.
Standard delivery service (Royal Mail 1st Class) - £2.50 - you should receive your order within 1-2 days
Express delivery service (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day) £4.95 - Orders must be placed before 1pm for guaranteed next day delivery.
Orders for other parts of the UK, Scottish Highlands or Islands will incur and additional surcharge of £9.99
